Natalie Worcester is the Development and Programming Intern for the 4W Initiative. She is a senior majoring in Political Science and Communication Arts, with a certificate in Education Policy. In the past, she has worked for Madison Community Foundation, the Pleasant Rowland Foundation, and Wisconsin Philanthropy Network. She hopes to go to pursue a career in non-profit development, advancing opportunities for women and girls. Natalie is proud to be a part of a team that promotes efforts to improve women’s health and well-being in a global context at the 4W Initiative.
