Emily Auerbach

Emily Auerbach is an award-winning English Professor at UW-Madison. She serves as Project Director of the UW Odyssey Project and is co-host of University of the Air on WPR. She created the “Courage to Write” series of radio documentaries, has written guides on women writers, and has published a book called Searching for Jane Austen. Emily has received numerous teaching, broadcasting, arts, and humanitarian awards for her work, including a national award for promoting campus access and diversity.
